By using the services of chenshengzii (hereinafter: "the Service Provider"), located at Doyledreef 40, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
In these terms, the following definitions apply: "Service Provider": chenshengzii; "User": any natural or legal person using the services; "Services": financial management, audit services, courses on tax compliance, investment risk assessment, and structuring of business holdings.
These terms apply to all agreements between the Service Provider and the User, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deviations are only valid if expressly confirmed by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider offers services in the areas of financial management, audit, tax compliance, investment risk assessment, and holding structuring. The services are provided based on the specific agreement with the User. The Service Provider endeavors to perform the services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific results, unless agreed in writing.
The User is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for the performance of the services. The User indemnifies the Service Provider against damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
All documents, reports, course materials, and other works provided by the Service Provider are the property of the Service Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Payments must be made within the term stipulated in the agreement. In the event of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend the services. Cancellation of an agreement is only possible if agreed in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.
The liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount paid out under the professional liability insurance in the relevant case, plus the deductible. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. The User indemnifies the Service Provider against claims from third parties.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be communicated to the User at least 30 days before they take effect. If the User does not agree, they may terminate the agreement within that period.
Termination of the agreement is possible subject to the notice period as specified in the agreement. In the event of a serious breach, the agreement may be dissolved with immediate effect.
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
